Job Details

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the execution of large, complex commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. This role is a strong fit for someone with at least a year of commercial mechanical project management experience who wants to build a career in a fast-paced environment where planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery all matter every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day project coordination
  • Help manage commercial HVAC and plumbing project execution from kickoff through closeout
  • Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and progress reporting
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal engineering staff
  • Monitor project milestones to help keep work on schedule and within scope
  • Support quality control, safety, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Help resolve project issues quickly and professionally to maintain delivery momentum

Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial mechanical project management or project engineering
  • Background in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction
  • Ability to support multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Working knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation
