Job Details
Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in coordinating and executing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Work closely with field teams and subcontractors to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
Utilize Procore and other project management tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement to ensure projects stay within scope and on schedule.
Qualifications:
2-6 years of experience in commercial construction
Proficiency in construction management software, with Procore experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
