Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. You will assist in managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and coordination efforts. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver construction projects within budget and timeline constraints.
Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement of materials.
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
Track project progress, monitor budgets, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Assist in resolving construction-related issues, conflicts, and changes in project scope.
Support the development and maintenance of positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and improve project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in construction project management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with construction documents, contracts, and building codes.
Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the construction site.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision.
