Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer in our Life Science Construction division, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Managing and supervising life science construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
5. Developing a detailed project plan to track progress and adjusting the schedule as needed.
6. Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
7. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
8. Managing the relationship with all stakeholders and maintaining regular communication.
9. Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
10. Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Project Engineer position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in project management, specifically in life science construction.
3. Proven working experience in project management and budget management.
4. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in life science construction projects.
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
