We are seeking a talented and motivated Multifamily Project Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in construction project management, with a specific focus on multifamily developments. Familiarity with Procore construction management software is highly desired.
This is an in-office position located in Frisco, TX with occasional travel to various job sites across DFW during the workday.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing various aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Procore Proficiency: Utilize Procore software to facilitate project communication, document management, and collaboration. Ensure that all team members are utilizing the platform effectively.
Document Control: Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues promptly.
Quality Control: Collaborate with the project team to uphold high-quality construction standards. Monitor and address any deviations from project specifications.
Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project costs, monitoring budgets, and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
Schedule Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of project schedules. Work to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably with a focus on multifamily construction.
Proficiency in Procore construction management software is ideal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
