Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept, through design, to completion and handover.
  • Utilize technical skills in Revit, Autodesk, AutoCAD, and CAD drafting to develop detailed designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Read, interpret, and implement civil and structural plans accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to construction safety norms at all stages of the project.
  • Manage contracts effectively, ensuring all aspects of the contract are met by both parties.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Use Bluebeam software for project collaboration and document management.
  • Proactively identify potential issues or delays and develop contingency plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project engineering, with a strong focus on safety.
  • Proficient in Revit, Autodesk, AutoCAD, CAD drafting, and Bluebeam.
  • Solid understanding of civil and structural plans and the ability to interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proven experience in contract management and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
