Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project team and specialize in either structures work or roadway work based on personal strengths and preferences.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, suppliers, and engineers.
  • Work on-site to resolve construction-related issues as they arise.
  • Assist the Project Superintendent in formulating a comprehensive project site logistics plan.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the contractual agreement between Myers and Caltrans.
  • Monitor project costs and maintain accurate Job Cost Reports.
  • Analyze and predict monthly Total Cost Projection reports.
  • Monitor project labor activities.
  • Take the lead in implementing the project's quality assurance process.
  • Develop, schedule, and lead project teams in handling submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and Change Orders.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with the Designer, vendors, subcontractors, and owners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Safety Programs and protocols.
