Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in luxury production homes, and experience with Primavera P6, to contribute to our mission of creating world-class living spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all phases of luxury home construction projects from initiation to completion.
2. Utilize Primavera P6 to plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation.
4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that design specifications and quality standards are met.
5. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
6. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
8. Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
10. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on luxury production homes.
3. Proficient in Primavera P6 and other project management software.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and quality standards.
5. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
8. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong commitment to safety and quality.
