We are seeking a Project Executive to help lead and grow our office in the Neenah, WI area. This individual will play a critical role in the growth of our company, and will step into a leadership position on day 1.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Project Executive to join our thriving team in the construction industry. As a Project Executive, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of our most complex and high-profile projects. You will be overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final execution and delivery. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
3. Coordinate and direct project teams and ensure that all team members are working towards the same objectives.
4. Review and analyze project specifications and determine the most cost-effective and efficient methods of project delivery.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards are met, and address any issues that arise.
6. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
7. Manage project budget and ensure that all financial objectives are met.
8. Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential project delays and cost overruns.
9. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior project management role within the construction industry.
3. Proven experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Project Director, Lead Project Manager, or Director of Operations.
4. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Proficient in project management software and other relevant technology.
10. Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
