You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee technical execution, and champion safety, quality, and collaboration every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract administration, procurement, change orders, and scheduling with precision and accountability.
  • Ensure all required permits are secured and subcontractor compliance is in place.
  • Lead and facilitate all project coordination meetings.

  • Provide strong administrative and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage closeout and ensure successful turnover to the client.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with clients, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 10+ years of water/wastewater construction experience, ideally with a leading general contractor or design-build firm.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
  • Experience with Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery methods strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, and contract negotiations.
  • 5+ years of experience leading construction teams with a focus on mentorship and performance.
  • Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver.
  • Driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

If you’re passionate about building critical infrastructure that supports communities and the environment—and you’re ready to lead high-impact teams—we want to hear from you.
