Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive to join our team in the construction industry. This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to play a key part in our company's growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific construction projects from beginning to end.
2. Lead project teams and manage the day-to-day development and coordination of projects.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, as well as other staff members.
4. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
5. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and tasks.
6. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
7. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
8. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
9. Develop and manage detailed project budgets and timelines.
10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
3. Excellent knowledge of construction project management principles and processes.
4. Outstanding leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
5. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficiency in project management software tools.
8. Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendors and subcontractors.
9. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
