Job Details

This person will oversee and contribute to the onboarding of House Service partner brands, which includes the implementation of ServiceTitan, Quickbooks and other enterprise applications.
The role involves managing the project lifecycle, from planning through execution, while also conducting thorough business and data analysis to drive informed decision-making and optimize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
o Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
o Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and milestones are met.
  • Business Analysis:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
o Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
o Prepare and present business cases to justify project initiatives and resource allocation.
  • Data Analysis:
o Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
o Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor project progress and outcomes.
o Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data to guide project strategy and execution.
  • Implementation:
o Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes, or technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
o Manage the deployment of solutions, including configuration, testing, and user training.
o Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure successful integration and delivery.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and updates.
o Facilitate regular project meetings and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
o Address and resolve project issues and risks promptly to minimize impact on project outcomes.
o Manage changes from initiatives and assure proper protocols are followed to assure proper approval and communication of changes.
o Maintain project demand list and lead steering efforts to prioritize projects and build out roadmap.
  • Continuous Improvement:
o Evaluate project performance and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
o Implement best practices and process improvements based on project analysis and feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience:
o 5+ years of experience in project management, including business and data analysis.
o Proven track record of successful project delivery and experience with implementation of technology or business solutions.
o Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, and proficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Skills:
o Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
o Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
o Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
  • Experience with ERP systems or other enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
