Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Installation Manager for our manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of our large-scale projects, primarily focusing on design, installation, and management of irrigation systems and other agricultural equipment. This position calls for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector, coupled with a strong ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of project installation, ensuring all activities are carried out according to plan and within the budget.
2. Lead the design and installation of irrigation systems and other agricultural equipment, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project objectives with the overall company strategy.
4. Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules, regularly communicating updates and progress to all stakeholders.
5. Identify, assess, and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, constantly seeking opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
8. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the project installation team, fostering an environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the design and installation of irrigation systems and other agricultural equipment.
4. Proficiency in CID (Certified Irrigation Designer) is a must.
5. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
9. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
10. A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
11. Ability to travel as needed for project installations.
