Job Details

Responsibilities:

+ Lead end-to-end project execution from kickoff through closeout across high-rise condos, hotels, office buildings, and medical facilities.
+ Monitor and secure all necessary permits and ensure compliance throughout each project.
+ Create, maintain, and track project-specific schedules of values (SOV).
+ Serve as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure seamless communication and strong client relationships.
+ Provide consistent reporting on project timelines and status updates to internal leadership.
+ Manage cost control, change orders, and budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle; responsible for project profitability and monthly cost-to-complete updates.
+ Oversee on-site execution to ensure quality standards and timely delivery are met.
+ Manage project documentation—both paper and digital—for effective internal and external communication.
+ Coordinate procurement and review of all project materials, shop drawings, mockups, and finish schedules.
+ Develop phase-specific work plans and assign or recruit necessary personnel.
+ Provide detailed 2–3-week lookahead schedules for clients and stakeholders.
+ Deliver technical guidance and resolve challenges throughout the project.
+ Ensure full project closeout, including documentation and final deliverables.
+ Oversee field team development and jobsite training efforts.

Qualifications:

+ 10 or more years of experience in masonry, sealants, waterproofing, and building restoration.
+ Proven track record managing projects involving concrete repair, façade restoration, and exterior coatings.
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
+ Experience with Sage 100 or comparable project/accounting software.
+ Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and working directly with clients, engineers, and consultants.
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills; capable of managing multiple teams and priorities.
+ OSHA-30 and First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.
+ Ability to travel as required for project needs.
+ Comfortable working with suspended scaffolding, aerial lifts, and other high-access equipment.
+ Practical knowledge of horizontal and vertical coatings, sealants, and specialty repair systems.
