Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare bids, budgets and respond to formal RFPs.
  • Participate in interviews to secure new work.
  • Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations and building assessments.
  • Develop site logistics plans.
  • Create detailed project schedules in conjunction with superintendents.
  • Serve as the client point of contact.
  • Establish and maintain client, subcontractor, and industry relationships.
  • Oversee procurement, cost, and change management during project.
  • Lead weekly project meetings with client and subcontractors.
  • Manage punch list and oversee project closeout.
  • Manage all aspects of project accounting, financial projections and reporting, and AR collections.
  • Build and mentor the team of Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
  • Attend client presentations, networking events and industry functions as a representative of the company.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management in the Construction industry
  • Prior experience with commercial tenant improvements (life science, advanced technology, and corporate office/campus experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong project estimating and scheduling skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software, Estimating Software, and Scheduling Software
