Job Details

We’ve been engaged on a confidential search for a Project Manager who can take the reins on fast-moving, highly specialized projects within aerospace and education sectors. This firm has a strong track record of winning repeat business by delivering top-tier results on technically complex projects—ranging from TI lab buildouts to clean rooms, SCIFs, and testing facilities.

The need is driven by bandwidth—one of the company’s senior PMs is overstretched, and a few newer team members are ramping up. This role will take on 4–5 concurrent projects ranging from $20K to $2M, with high client interaction and a lot of visibility.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years of PM experience in commercial construction and a knack for relationship management with institutional or highly technical clients. You should be someone who’s earned repeat business, can hold your own in a client meeting, and thrives with autonomy.
You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be surrounded by high-performing people who get things done—and the leadership team is sharp, present, and values trust over red tape.

Role Details:
  • 3–6 years of experience managing commercial projects, ideally in aerospace, labs, clean rooms, SCIFs or other regulated or secure environments.
  • Known for building long-term client relationships and representing the company well in sensitive client settings.
  • Ability to integrate quickly into client relationships and earn trust—this is a business where one wrong personality fit can lose the project.

collaboration.
  • Compensation: $100K–$130K base + bonus (project + company profitability) + vehicle allowance + phone stipend or company phone.
