Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or a related field. PMP or LEED certification is a plus.
Custom Homes Design experience required
5+ years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in residential construction.
Proven track record of managing projects with budgets of $1M+ and delivering on time and within scope.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore) and familiarity with CAD/BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) for oversight purposes.
Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes in St. George, UT.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials is highly desirable.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed and work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
