We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of high-profile and complex civil roadway projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning to execution, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will also play a pivotal role in liaising with clients, contractors, and team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager , your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific civil roadway projects from beginning to end.
2. Developing detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
3. Ensuring that project objectives are met by monitoring and measuring project progress regularly to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections.
4. Coordinating and managing all project activities, including design, construction, and quality control.
5. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
6. Managing client relationships and expectations by maintaining regular contact, ensuring that communication is understood and acted on.
7. Estimating costs and forecasting project outcomes, taking into account potential risks and mitigations.
8. Ensuring all safety and compliance measures are met throughout the project life cycle.
9. Identifying and managing project risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
10. Ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders, including contractors, team members, and clients.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil roadway construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
2. Strong knowledge of highway construction, asphalt work, estimating, forecasting, and budgeting.
3. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
4. Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
5. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
6. Proficiency in project management software tools.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client and stakeholder expectations effectively.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
10. Commitment to ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and safety.
