We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Project Manager for our Commercial Construction SSG team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our commercial construction projects, with a focus on healthcare, life sciences, hospitals, data centers, and commercial renovation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial projects from inception to completion. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute significantly to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager - Commercial Construction SSG, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
4. Leading project meetings and providing regular updates to senior management on project status.
5. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
6. Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
7. Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
8. Reviewing and approving project invoices and ensuring prompt payment.
9. Implementing quality control programs to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager - Commercial Construction SSG position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on healthcare, life sciences, hospitals, data centers or commercial renovation.
2. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Proven ability to manage large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
