Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, results-driven Project Manager to spearhead two exciting ventures: a bespoke fully automated marina—only the second of its kind globally—and the construction of 52 luxury automotive condos. As Project Manager, you will oversee project execution within budget and time constraints, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, safety, and quality.

  • Manage, oversee, and coordinate medium to large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop change order proposals and project implementation plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Effectively communicate project requirements to internal teams and maintain accurate project records.

  • Coordinate procurement activities to support project timelines and budgets.

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience in commercial or luxury residential construction.
