We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will be at the forefront of our operations, managing and overseeing various commercial construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to implementation.
2. Allocate resources for assigned projects and supervise onsite construction teams.
3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
4. Review and analyze project specifications and deliverables to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
5. Ensure quality construction standards and adherence to project plans.
6. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure project success.
8. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
9. Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
10. Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role within the Commercial Construction industry.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects from start to finish.
3. Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
4. Excellent knowledge of construction details, building codes, and relevant laws and regulations.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and guide onsite construction teams.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in construction management software.
9. Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
10. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
