We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager for our Commercial Construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will require a high level of proficiency in managing commercial construction projects, including structural builds, mixed-use, multi-family, educational, retail, and municipal projects.

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager for our Commercial Construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will require a high level of proficiency in managing commercial construction projects, including structural builds, mixed-use, multi-family, educational, retail, and municipal projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project team through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with established project delivery processes.
- Ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Implement and manage quality control procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of the project team (internal and external) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the contractual commitments of the company for the projects, including the review and negotiation of contracts, subcontractor bids, and change orders.
- Oversee the performance of all trade contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Develop and implement project communication plans, providing a detailed explanation to the project team of specifications, procedures, and project schedules.
- Conduct regular project review sessions to ensure the accuracy of the project’s financial forecasts.
- Provide oversight and direction to multi-disciplinary project teams, including assigning individual responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing structural builds, mixed-use, multi-family, educational, retail, and municipal projects.
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and Primavera.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of construction operations and processes.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to different job sites within the area.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
