Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate detailed plan reviews to clarify scope, specifications, and deliverables prior to contract execution
Manage project costs proactively, with an emphasis on avoiding contractor-initiated change orders
Lead communication with owners, design professionals, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency
Conduct thorough quality inspections to uphold a zero-punch-list standard prior to project closeout
Provide ongoing support to clients, maintaining positive and productive relationships post-completion

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including municipal and commercial construction
Strong knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and construction management processes
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with effective cost and schedule controls
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite and Procore
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (but not required)
