Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Manage all phases of the commercial TI project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to achieve project goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.
- Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation strategies.
- Implement project management protocols and maintain adherence to best practices.
- Provide detailed project updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Efficiently allocate and manage project resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager specializing in commercial TI or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, particularly in office, hospitality, healthcare, hospital, and mixed-use projects.
- Advanced project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and risk management expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency with project management software tools.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicable construction regulations and industry standards.
