Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the commercial TI project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation strategies.
  • Implement project management protocols and maintain adherence to best practices.
  • Provide detailed project updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage project resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager specializing in commercial TI or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, particularly in office, hospitality, healthcare, hospital, and mixed-use projects.
  • Advanced project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and risk management expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicable construction regulations and industry standards.
