We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and executing commercial projects, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage commercial project teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software to design and implement project plans.

4. Develop and implement project management strategies, coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless execution.
5. Manage contracts and negotiations with stakeholders and suppliers.
6. Utilize time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Conduct strategic planning, setting project goals and objectives, and identifying necessary resources.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role, with a focus on commercial projects.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
4. Demonstrated experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
