Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and risk management.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, safety, and client satisfaction.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with project management software and construction technology.
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical business practices.
