Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry, specializing in concrete. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of concrete-related projects, from initial planning and budgeting to project execution and completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in epoxy, concrete, and concrete finishing, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of a project.
2. Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other construction specialists to create project plans and blueprints.
3. Monitoring and managing project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
4. Overseeing the selection and acquisition of materials and equipment, ensuring the highest quality at the best price.
5. Supervising on-site operations, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
6. Coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
7. Implementing effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes.
8. Resolving any issues or problems that arise during the project, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
9. Ensuring all projects are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting all design specifications and customer requirements.
10. Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure functionality and safety.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically related to cement.
2. Demonstrated expertise in epoxy, concrete, and concrete finishing.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of professionals.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for making effective decisions under pressure.
5. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
7. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
8. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
