Job Details
The Project Manager oversees the execution of infrastructure projects focused on smart metering systems, renewable energy installations, energy storage solutions, and the construction of private utility systems for multifamily developments. This role ensures successful delivery from planning through implementation, aligning project goals with client and operational needs.

- Develops and manages complex project schedules through daily collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Oversees contracts, invoicing, and subcontractor costs; monitors and reports project budgets to leadership
- Coordinates with utilities, subcontractors, developers, and property managers to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Communicates technical standards and installation guidelines to external partners and ensures compliance
- Conducts site audits before, during, and after installation to validate quality and accuracy
- Supports system setup and client onboarding across multiple internal platforms
- Identifies project milestones, tracks progress, and manages change control processes
- Assigns responsibilities, sets timelines, and provides ongoing updates on project performance
- Evaluates project risks and communicates mitigation strategies to teams and clients
- Maintains clear project documentation including scopes of work, procedures, and status reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands for typing and office equipment operation
- Visual engagement with computer screens
- Regular verbal and written communication
- Exposure to both indoor and outdoor work environments
