Job Details
Our Client is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver heavy civil construction projects with excellence. This role is responsible for achieving project goals related to schedule, budget, safety, quality, and team collaboration while maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal staff, and trade partners. Previous DOT and/or USACE experience preferred.
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of your projects, driving performance through proactive planning, decisive leadership, and effective communication. You’ll work closely with the project owner, superintendent, and project engineer to ensure successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or similar)
- Previous work experience in DOT/USACE construction management or similar role(s)
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Heavy/Highway experience, specifically within bridge construction, structural concrete, grading, drainage, paving (asphalt and concrete), retaining walls, and all other highway construction practices
- Previous experience utilizing HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob programs
- Previous experience using Dexter and Chaney's Spectrum (preferred)
- Knowledge of Primavera construction scheduling software + Bluebeam PDF software
- Clean driving record
