Our organization is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager-CX (Commissioning Manager) in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a passion for driving complex projects to successful completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of building commissioning projects, with a particular focus on building envelope commissioning, data centers, mission-critical facilities, and hospitals. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of building commissioning projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients.
3. Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and workflow procedures to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
4. Evaluate and analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including ASHRAE guidelines.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality and safety of construction works.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
8. Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
9. Provide technical expertise and guidance on building envelope commissioning, data centers, mission-critical facilities, and hospitals.
10. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in all aspects of the project management process.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on building envelope commissioning, data centers, mission-critical facilities, and hospitals.
2. Certification as a Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or Building Commissioning Association (BCxA) Accredited Commissioning Process Provider (ACP) is required.
3. In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE guidelines.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex project-related issues.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
9. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
