Job Details
Requirements:
- 5+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale ground-up Commercial or Industrial construction projects.
- Direct managing data center or mission-critical projects preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Related field or minimum of 5 years of construction management or general contractor experience
- Frequent, high-quality, transparent information flow and escalation are the highest priority for this role.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial construction design, bidding, and execution.
- Cost management and forecasting knowledge.
- Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
