Are you a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a strong background in electrical project management? Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values innovation, leadership, and excellence? We are seeking a Permanent Electrical Project Manager to join our team. This role is remote, but will require travel to various project sites. You will be at the forefront of our operations, managing projects in sectors such as cold storage, data centers, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and company standards.
3. Lead the preparation and submission of RFIs, ensuring all queries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
4. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility within the team.
7. Regularly report on project status to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, and solutions.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Electrical Project Manager, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience managing projects in cold storage, data centers, and distribution centers.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
5. Excellent vendor management skills, with a focus on establishing and maintaining productive relationships.
6. Proficiency in preparing and submitting RFIs, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to team members and stakeholders.
9. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
10. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
