We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and ambitious Project Manager to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about construction, project management, and are looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a variety of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach and you will be expected to conduct site walk-throughs, handle invoices, and work with Construction Documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all stages of the construction project, including conceptual development, planning, execution, control, and closing.
  • Conduct regular site walk-throughs to ensure quality control, safety standards, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage project financials including budgets, invoices, and cost tracking.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary construction documents and reports.
  • Ensure all projects comply with legal regulations, building codes, and safety laws.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with conducting site walk-throughs, managing invoices, and working with Construction Documents.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to continue education and training in construction project management.
