Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, design professionals, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and address project needs.
- Foster and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising project teams
- Experience with public works projects (with ground-up project experience on projects in the $10+ MIL range)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project scheduling.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
- Proficient Project Management software (Procore or similar), estimating software (Bluebeam or similar), and scheduling software (MS Project or similar)
