Project Manager/Estimator- Underground Utilities

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management and/or estimating role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with underground utilities, estimating, project management, grading field, grading, water, sewer, and electrical conduit.
3. Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. The ability to multitask effectively and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
6. A strong understanding of construction regulations and standards.
7. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
