Job Details

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from estimation to completion.
2. Prepare detailed project proposals and manage contract negotiations.
3. Handle change orders and navigate the RFI process effectively.
4. Ensure all construction activities comply with OSHA regulations and promote site safety.
5. Manage complex renovation projects in commercial and federal buildings construction.
6. Coordinate and supervise activities related to framing, drywall, and demolitions.
7. Utilize Bluebeam software for project management tasks.
8. Understand and apply NAICS codes appropriately in the construction process.
9. Collaborate with the design-build team to create efficient and cost-effective construction plans.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimation in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in Bluebeam software and familiarity with NAICS codes.
4. Solid understanding of commercial construction, federal buildings construction, and complex renovation projects.
5. Extensive knowledge of construction processes including framing, drywall, and demolitions.
6. Proven experience in managing project proposals, contract management, and navigating the RFI process.
7. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to site safety.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
