Project Manager - HVAC

We are a family-owned HVAC contractor with over 50 employees and 30 years in business!

The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for Field Management and scheduling HVAC contractors and Engineers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform On-site estimates
Provide quotes for: Furnace & AC replacements/ installation, Heat pump replacement/installation, Ductless installation, Water heaters, etc
Ask customers questions that help elicit their needs, then present viable options
Follow up with customers on bids presented if needed
Order equipment and materials
Perform walk-throughs and coordinate with the install crew
Schedule subcontractors as needed
Coordinate with office personnel if needed

Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional at customer communication and provide customers with comfort solutions.
Experience in the HVAC field of installation.
Clean and Professional appearance
Ability to write detailed instructions on job expectations
Ability to multi-task, organize a schedule and follow through on To-Do lists
Valid driver license
