Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects and contribute to our growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and estimating projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards.
• Prepare detailed project estimates, including costs for materials, labor, equipment, and other related expenses.
• Evaluate and analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall estimated cost of a project.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and satisfied.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks and challenges.
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other project-related financial documents.
• Collaborate with the design team to optimize construction procedures and plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in project management and estimating.
• Proven experience in commercial construction is a must.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of estimating software and other relevant computer applications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed estimates.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Professional certification in Project Management or Estimating is a plus.
