Are you an experienced Project Manager/Estimator seeking an exciting opportunity in the construction industry? Do you have a passion for overseeing large-scale construction projects and providing accurate cost estimates? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in various aspects of electrical systems, including surge protection, 3 phase electrical power, high voltage, low voltage, generators, electrical outlets, AC/DC, and electrical blueprints. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the chance to work on diverse and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for all projects.
3. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
4. Overseeing the installation and maintenance of various electrical systems, including surge protection, 3 phase electrical power, high voltage, low voltage, generators, and electrical outlets.
5. Interpreting and working from electrical blueprints.
6. Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
8. Ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
9. Managing project teams and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimation in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with various electrical systems, including surge protection, 3 phase electrical power, high voltage, low voltage, generators, electrical outlets, AC/DC, and electrical blueprints.
3. A strong understanding of construction cost estimating and project management principles.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. The ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Certifications in project management and/or cost estimation are a plus.
