We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Healthcare Construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to apply their unique experience in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from the ground up, with a specific focus on healthcare facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction industry, as well as specific knowledge related to the unique challenges and regulations of healthcare construction.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
3. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
4. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
5. Interacting with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
6. Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
7. Delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
8. Managing risks and issues and implementing any necessary changes.
9. Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
10. Ensuring compliance with OSHPD and HCAI regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Project Manager-Healthcare Construction position should have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically in ground up healthcare construction.
2. Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead a project from the ground up.
3. Solid knowledge of building processes and experience managing construction projects.
4. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
5. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
6. IPD/LEAN/IFOA experience in the healthcare sector strongly preferred
7. In-depth knowledge of OSHPD and HCAI regulations.
