Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Heavy Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water treatment plants, utilities, and more. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of heavy infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the heavy infrastructure sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
