Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all stages of HVAC/Mechanical projects, from initial planning to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, to be shared with clients and other staff.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project budgets, track project costs, and ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of quality control for all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically managing HVAC/Mechanical projects in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in HVAC/Mechanical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  • Expertise in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience overseeing budgets and resources, and managing vendors and suppliers.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions.
