Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals in the execution of HVAC and Plumbing projects in line with company standards and customer expectations.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project timelines and budgets.
3. Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
4. Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
5. Actively monitor project performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion within budget and time constraints.
6. Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
7. Utilize expert knowledge in construction design and estimating to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
8. Proactively identify, analyze, and solve complex problems that may arise during the project lifecycle.
9. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on HVAC and Plumbing in the construction industry.
3. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
4. Proven experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers.
5. Strong knowledge of construction design and estimating.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in high-stress situations.
7. Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
9. Proficient in using project management software and tools.
10. Certification in Project Management (PMP) would be an added advantage.
