Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Manage HVAC projects from preconstruction through final turnover
+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
+ Coordinate client communications, vendor relationships, and subcontractor activities
+ Ensure all work meets code requirements and company QA/QC standards
+ Resolve project issues promptly to keep work on track and within budget
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project staff and field crews
Qualifications
+ 5 or more years of experience managing HVAC projects in commercial construction
+ Proven expertise in coordinating new construction, retrofits, and design-build work
+ Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specs
+ Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
+ Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
