Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting scope requirements.

- Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and scope-compliant project delivery.
- Share accountability for project outcomes with project sponsor.
- Effectively communicate expectations and manage relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams proactively.
- Allocate resources efficiently and coordinate internal resources as well as third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
- Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks and ensure technical feasibility.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Monitor project performance using suitable tools and techniques.
- Report to management and escalate issues as necessary.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess results achievement.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., project charter, WBS, communication plans, risk assessments, budget, schedule, reports, close-out, etc.).
- Develop project management tools and best practices.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with third-party vendors.

- Thorough understanding of basic engineering principles, construction, and project management.
- Demonstrated leadership in people management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of high-pressure gas systems and/or cryogenic liquids.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in chemical, mechanical, or electrical disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with desired experience in gas plant construction.
- Experience in the industrial and specialty gas industry is preferred.
- PMI Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
