We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Connecticut.
This role supports the Service Manager and field technicians with site coordination, project engineering, and customer relations. Responsibilities include preparing submittals, coordinating equipment deliveries, managing purchases, and creating IOM documentation. You'll collaborate with clients, building owners, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly, emphasizing technical and financial success.

Responsibilities include preparing submittals, coordinating equipment deliveries, managing purchases, and creating IOM documentation. You'll collaborate with clients, building owners, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly, emphasizing technical and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager in project coordination, including engineering support, product purchases, and site scheduling.
- Generate accurate and detailed submittals for customer approval, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely equipment procurement and delivery.
- Prepare and organize Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals for completed projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians during project execution.
- Analyze project performance from both a technical and financial perspective, ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget.
- Communicate regularly with customers, building owners, consulting engineers, and contractors to address project needs and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Four-year Engineering degree preferred; 2-5 years of relevant experience considered.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the building automation field.
- Proficient in Windows applications (Excel, Visio, AutoCAD).
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- HVAC and building automation knowledge is a plus.
- Service-oriented, with a passion for solving technical challenges.
