We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, financial analytics, and project management within food manufacturing. This role will be instrumental in managing the entire lifecycle of our M&A projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing all aspects of M&A projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost.
2. Utilizing data analysis and financial analytics to guide decision-making, optimize performance, and drive project success.
3. Engaging with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and performance metrics.
4. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.
5. Developing and delivering clear, concise, and impactful PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
7. Ensuring all project documentation is up to date and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Manufacturing industry, specifically in Food Manufacturing.
3. Proven experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, with a strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle.
4. Exceptional skills in Data Analysis and Reporting, with a strong proficiency in financial analytics.
5. Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
9. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
10. Proficiency in Project Management software and tools.
