We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects within the Multi-family, Commercial, and Healthcare sectors. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Multifamily and Commercial Construction, and Healthcare Construction a Plus, with a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance and deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
  • Review the work progress on a daily basis.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
  • Proven working experience in construction management, specifically within the Multi-family, Commercial, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages.
  • Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or relevant field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
