Job Details
1. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management, specifically within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing multifamily construction projects, including ground up, wrap construction, and garden style. Primarily wood frame.
3. Exceptional project management and strategic planning skills.
4. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Proficient in contract management and resource allocation.
7. Experience in coordinating and managing subcontractors.
8. A clear understanding of the construction industry, including processes, materials, and legal regulations.
