Job Details
As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. From ground-breaking to final inspection, you will ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain safety standards.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Implement quality control measures to achieve superior craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Project Manager in residential or commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
